careful on strength loss.. its a bad sign on prep, for some its inevitable, but to others its a sign that you may be losing muscle as strength does continue to drop and as you have shown during your prep. Keep training heavy and busting it out bro. Some people (not all) who do lose strength may string out while on stage regardless of their peak. Stay true to your program and finish this strong.

Thanks bob
I am pushing it all to the end
I won't (I will be stuck under the bar) go under 220 squat or 198lbs bench for 5
It's not do what you can do its a body you have no choice you lift this!!
It's all a big learning curve which I am soo close to the finish line (there is no finish line haha)___Growing Mentally and Physically ___

Sure is a finish line, the day you step on that stage and get done with pre-judging is when you crossed it. the night show is all for $$$ and just a posing routine. the outcome is already decided. Nailing your peak is what matters most after all your hard work and effort.
Not many people push their bodies to a severe punishment for a matter of 3-5 minutes on stage to hit a few mandatory poses. we are some sick minded freaks to do so

Very true, not one person I speak to understand what the hell I'm doing (except for you go only family know)
I personally think that this will be one of the hardest preps I will ever go through because of the cardio I have to do
Not sure if others will agree
Except for those who have children etc I can imagine that I hard___Growing Mentally and Physically ___
