SF/FF Pudding (the powder) helps with texture/fluffiness you can omit it.
Sounds like i would benefit from them then as far as discomfort in my forearms go... What brand do you recommend and how much do they cost? i love my verssa grips lifting straps for rowing movements.
I like Inzer stuff. My knee wraps, wrist wraps and belt are all inzer and will all be used for squats today
Not to hijack the thread dean, but I've been looking into an Inzer lever belt for a while. Which one would you guys suggest, 10mm, 13mm, the tapered one?

I love my Cardillo belt to be sure. Fits like a glove. Of course, I think to get a customized one (with writing on the back) will set you back close to $300.

It was. Actually a Christmas gift the other year from my wife. All the pro-bodybuilders seem to have one, so I said, what the hell, I wanna be a pro. Sure enough, I got my pro-card that next Summer
Great job on upping the intensity on your workouts and cardio. That's how to get it done! Keep telling yourself the importance of going 110% each and every workout. The culmination of it all will be evident when you get on stage. Not gonna be easy, but you have the desire!
No pain, NO PAIN!!!

Nice vlog Dean, I know what you mean about getting comfortable with it, I tend to ramble on, both when I'm writing and talking so it was hard for me not to make mine 20 min long lol. Love the accent! We'll take some video this weekend at the Arnold so you can see some of it, it's gonna be a good time. Keep it up!

Congrats on that epic bench press PR! Amazing you are able to get that so deep into prep. For me my pressing strength is the first to go. I do want to give you a slight word of caution however, in that I wouldn't recommend going for 1RM during prep. Reason being, the potential for injury increases greatly when going for 1RM. I would say if you want to have a heavy day and really push yourself, go no lower than 3 reps. I would hate to see you get injured leading up to the show.
That's my fatherly advice for the day, sorry Still an awesome bench press to be proud of for sure!

Ugh, I couldn't imagine having to study for class while in prep. I find working at a computer all day sucky enough. Being cold is definitely common. Of course, you do live in one of the dampest places in the world besides the Amazon rain forest Doesn't it rain at least every week there in merry ole England?

Where i work its basically like being outside all day, theres no heat in thd factory and the big shipping doors are open all day long creating a wind tunnel effect. i usually wear an under armour base layer, t-shirt and three sweatshirts and im still cold! My electric blanket was the best thing I ever bought, turn it on an hour or tow before bed an it's awesome!
