I am 17 years old, 5,10, weigh about 160 lbs. Im about to start a clean bulk in 2 weeks, (so in the 2 week time frame im just gonna cut up some more) Im not 100% sure about my diet what it should look like. Most website says that I need to eat .4-.5x bodyweight of fat, 1gx bodyweight for protein and rest is carbs. I was doing keto during my cut i look decent. BF % is probably 15 i think. I can't really tell you what im eating cuz im not gonna eat the same exact food every single day but i guess i should eat 75g of fat, 160 of protein and rest is carbs. My maintenance level of calories is about 2100 so im planning on eating 2500. I lift 4 days a week followed by 4 minute HIIT (20 second sprint and 10 second walk; excluding warm up and cool down) except no hiit on leg day. I read couple sites and some people said to eat less fat cuz it ensures that you won't gain much bf although some people say eat fat so you gain size, what should I do? FYI im not skinny skinny, i got fat at stomach area but I figured a clean bulk be alright. Oh btw I drink about 1 gallon of water. So questions I need answered are:
1. Should I decrease fat intake per day from 75g?
2. Would HIIT be alright? (4 min warm up, 4 min HIIT, 4 min cooldown)
3. Is my macros good? Calories?
4. I think my lifting routine is perfectly fine but what do you consider be a good routine for bulking?
5. Would drinking about 1/2 gallon of milk a day be fine on clean bulk? I love milk and people say its good for strength lol
5. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE list some food items during a good clean bulk
Oh also don't tell me to buy shyt load of supplement cuz im not, the only supplement i take is whey protein- cytosport.
Thank you very much !!!!
