    Sprint training - 100M, 200M

    I joined a gym yesterday so I could improve my time for the 100M and 200M events I am running in next week. I need to now what workouts I can do to improve my time? Im 15 years old.

    So, you joined a gym to improve your time for an event you are running in a week?

    You should have joined this gym months ago.

    At this point, there isn't a lot you can do a week out. I'd focus on stretching a lot.
