This right here is why most people will never escape skinny fat mode. They continually spin their wheels by going from bulking to cutting every 5 minutes. OP right now focus on getting those lifts up and eating ridiculous amounts of food. Get on a tried and true program not some sh!t you made up yourself. If you still look like sh!t when you can squat 405 and deadlift 500 then you can utter the words cell tech but until then stfu and lift.

cardio look at soccer players for example most of them are all skinny *******s until they go to the premier then they clean bulk---->CLEAN BULK<----dont just eat everything and bulk..... Of course they spend more time on the field/gym/eating right than you probably ever have the will to accomplish.
