Gaspari Nutrition Detonate

First of all, I'd like to thank Gaspari for giving me a chance to try this product and for the free Aminolast shirt as well. This is my first forum review ever so please take it easy on me lol. This is just an initial review and I'll probably update midway and at the end of the bottle.





Ingredients

Not sure if the profile is available online yet besides from the forum pics but here you go if you havent seen it already.



Dosing and Pill Size

Its kind of hard to see with the pic but its basically 1-2 capsules on an empty stomach before breakfast and thats it. I really love this dosing because I can just take one or two when I wake up and then wont have to worry about it until the next morning.

As you can see, the capsule size is not that big and can easily be swallowed.




Energy

I'm pretty sensitive to stims so I decided to just take one pill this morning to try it out. I could definitely feel good clean energy from just one pill. I was just sitting down browsing on my computer but I had so much energy, I had to stand up and walk around. This is great for people who work out in the morning and need an extra boost. I'll see how two pills are in a couple of days. I wasnt super sweating as well like other products.




Appetite Suppression

I'm currently doing IF and usually have my first meal around 12pm-1pm. I took the pill at 9am and at noon time, I'm usually starving but not today though. I finally ate at 1:30pm but I wasnt even that hungry and was only eating so I dont mess up the rest of my meal schedule. It wasnt a nauseous feeling either, I just didnt feel like eating and trust me, I love eating lol. Perfect for people who are doing IF or just dont have time to eat breakfast.




Fat Loss

Its way too early to determine if this product will result in fat loss. With the energy it provides as well as the appetite suppresant, it will definitely help in losing weight. Once again, I'll update once I'm done with the bottle.




Overall

I enjoyed my first dose of Detonate. It gave me clean energy and the appetite suppression seems really strong with just one capsule. I've plateaued on my weight loss for about a month and a half and I'm hoping this product will help me push through it (although the scale hasnt been going down, I think I am getting a bit leaner though). I will be providing number ratings at the end of the bottle but I just wanted to share my first impressions. I'm surprised this is coming to the market. There is is a class action lawsuit in the formation because dendrobium is said to have amphetamine properties and possibly steroidal like effects. It'll probably be out for a little bit before it gets banned.

If I am not mistaken, dendrobium is also in DS Craze, correct? It gave me probably the worst crash ever. OP, did you get a crash with Detonate?

I took it at 9am and I felt kinda tired around 4:30pm. I usually feel tired around that time though so I'm not exactly sure if its from Detonate. I'm going to have to see how it goes the next few days to make certain.

Just wanted to add a few things that I have noticed.

- been a bit more thirsty when taking this. I usually drink a lot of water but I seem to be thirsty still for some reason. Its not bad but I just wanted to mention it.

- even with 2 pills I dont seem to be getting a crash.

- 2 pills I finally noticed a temperature change. My hands get a bit sweaty but it wasnt as bad as some other thermos.

- I know some people havent been feeling the appetite suppression on this but in my opinion, this is the strongest appetite suppression I have ever experience. Some other supps I have taken recently in the past few years are EC stack, Super HD, OEP, and Ergoburn. I'm not saying those are bad products but I have notice Detonate's suppression is amazing.

I've been cutting the past 6 months and doing IF in the last 3 of those months so its not like a sudden change in my diet. I had a big dinner one night and I wanted to somewhat even out the calories with the next day's meals. I also wanted a chance to test out how strong the appetite suppression was. On IF, I am starving around noon but I managed to hold out till 5pm that day and I was still not thinking about food. So basically my last meal was 8pm the night before and my next meal was at 5pm the next day.

Final Review

Sup guys. I took my last dose yesterday and weighed myself this morning. Lost about 4.2lbs in the past month on Detonate. This is pretty good considering my diet wasnt as strict as I wanted it to be. Had a lot birthday events I had to go to that involved drinking and eating after lol. As I said when I first started, my weight loss was stalling around 156 pounds for about a month and a half. Detonate has helped me get through the stall and I am now 151.8 as of this morning.











Energy/Mood 10/10

Energy was consistent throughout the whole bottle. It may be different for others but for me, every time I took my dose, I could feel the energy from Detonate every single day. The mood it puts you in is pretty crazy as well. Gave me a euphoric feeling every morning. There was a few times where I had the feeling to take off my shirt and just flex in the mirror lol.




Appetite Suppression 10/10

Like I said in my last post, this is the strongest appetite suppressant I have ever taken. I know from a few of the logs that other people have had the same experience with the suppression. This is a huge help to people who are doing IF. The urge to eat just disappears. I used to crave certain things but when I started taking Detonate, those cravings seemed to be gone. Pictures of food on Facebook did not affect me anymore lol (for those dieting, you know what I'm talking about ).




Fat Loss 10/10

Diet and exercise is key to fat loss. If you dont have those, dont bother getting a fatburner. With that said, Detonate definitely helped me with my weight loss. The extra energy it gave throughout my day as well as the monstrous appetite suppression helped me push through the plateau I was experiencing. It felt good finally getting past that 156 mark on my scale. I even joked around before saying my scale was broken since it was stuck around that number for such a long time lol.



Overall 10/10

I was going to give this 9.5/10 because of the price but after looking around the BB.com store, the other fatburners seem to be around the same price (didnt do too much comparing so please correct me if I'm wrong). This is definitely a great product, probably one of the best fatburners I've taken. My diet and workouts were the cause of the fat loss but Detonate was there to help me. If you have reached a plateau in your weight loss, give this product a try. I will definitely give this another go in the future.



People are different so they may not experience the same thing I did and I hope I didnt over hype this product lol. I kinda hate giving this 10/10 because nothing is perfect but this really is a great fatburner though, at least for me. Thanks everyone for taking the time to read through this review. Just wanted to say that I have experienced the exact same things as you... My fingertips get slightly sweaty occasionally, I am super thirsty all the time, and no crash. Also, I have never had an appetite suppressant that works like this one before. It is so much so that I find myself missing whole meals during the day, which is counter productive, but says a lot about the effectiveness of it. I don't crave anything except water. I set an alarm on my phone to remind me to eat and set a calorie goal for each meal. Hope this helps.

PS: I have been getting better sleep since I have been taking them too. I have insomnia, and when I lay down I actually pass out within 15 minutes and feel energized during the day. I will have a hard time discontinuing them because of this unexpected side effect.
