I was wondering if you absolutely need vegetables in your diet? or if just a little bit would be fine
Right now my diet consists of
Weight Gainer
Chicken Breast
Bagel w/ cream cheese
Banana
Almonds
Double Burger w/ lettuce, tomato, onions, and pickles
Builder Bar
Chocolate Milk
I know vegetables have a lot of micronutrients that are needed, and I've been taking multivitamins and psyllium fiber to help with that.
Do I need to add more vegetables or will I be okay without?
If yes, could someone explain why?
My goal is to be gaining muscle.
