Are vegetables a MUST? Or can you go without?

I was wondering if you absolutely need vegetables in your diet? or if just a little bit would be fine

Right now my diet consists of
    Weight Gainer
    Chicken Breast
    Bagel w/ cream cheese
    Banana
    Almonds
Double Burger w/ lettuce, tomato, onions, and pickles
    Builder Bar
    Chocolate Milk

I know vegetables have a lot of micronutrients that are needed, and I've been taking multivitamins and psyllium fiber to help with that.

Do I need to add more vegetables or will I be okay without?

If yes, could someone explain why?

My goal is to be gaining muscle.

I would guess that the bioavailability of micronutrients could be better from real food. I often wind up shorting myself on the veggies because they often aren't calorie dense enough. You can fill yourself up on broccoli and not get enough calories in.

Thats why I dont really have any veggies in my diet. I get full quickly, and dont get hungry again quickly. I've been aiming for more calorie dense foods, along with the weight gainer to get enough calories in the day without feeling sickly full.
