Busy day at work, day disappeared really quickly!
We did breakfast for supper and was a nice change, I forget to do this when dieting but turkey sausage and protein pancakes makes it work!
SC B
Bw shoulder elevated single leg hip thrust: 15, 15, 15
Chin ups: 2 unassisted + 3 band, 5 w/ band, 5 w/ band
DB step ups: 20 per DB x 10 x 3. This is one that bugs my knees so dialled it down and focused on the butt squeeze
BBmilitary press: 50 x 8, 55 x 8, 55 x 8
Prisoner back ext on ball: 2 x 12
Band seat abduction: 20
Straight leg sit-up: 20
45 degree side bend: 20/20
30 min incline TM
I've decided to run the first 4 week exercises for 5 which would then have me finishing up the 12 week program as a head into peak week as I figure I may do a more traditional last week of exercising depending on Kim's advice otherwise I would finish toe weeks out and I think getting the mind/muscle connection in place is important. Hubs thinks butt is feeling fuller and I do to so hopefully it shows with my cut.

Couple more pics. Lexi's birthday bumps at the wedding and she lost a tooth yesterday! Big news in our house then she dropped it down the sink drain washing the blood off the root. OMG you would have thought the world was ending, I told her to write a note to the tooth fairy explaining what happened and put that under her pillow.

Kim says trust the process lol, we dropped 50 cals per day. For some reason last week my weight jumped up almost 2 pounds and now have been trying to widdle that off again. Likelihood of completing is looking a bit grim but who knows still got 9 weeks and I won't register until a week out and either way this time I like to get a bit leaner in the legs which may take closer to your Thanksgiving to do.
Tooth loss was like the world was ending. I was working out then heard her start wailing so I assumed she hurt herself and she came running down for mommy hugs and was inconsolable until I came up with the idea to write the note but she had nightmares all night as was up for 3 hours give or take crying off and on. Tooth fairy came and took the note and left a twoonie for her so she was very happy in the morning."That's not sweat that's your fat cells crying" anonymous

Aw, that's so cute about the tooth!!!! I remember I when I was a kid and wrote a note to the tooth fairy on a little notepad with a little tiny pencil and left it on my night table. I was really hoping she'd write me back when she took my tooth but she didn't and I was so disappointed. Probably because I didn't tell mom that I did it, lol!!!

My son lost a tooth last weekend too. He put it under his pillow, but he slept in my bed instead of his own. As soon as he woke up he lifted up the pillow ( that did not have a tooth under it) and the tears started. I had to tell him that since he didn't sleep in his own bed where the tooth was the toothfairy couldn't find him......
Toothfairy forgot!!! Bad Mom I am. Anyway the next night he slept in his own bed and all was well when he finally got the toonie. Yes, a toonie in my house too, but most of my friends do $5 - thats crazy!!

Now this morning back up a pound, like WTF body figure it out. I would say my scale is broken but it is working just fine for hubby so guess it is my body that is broken. LOL"That's not sweat that's your fat cells crying" anonymous

She is handing me and hubby at the same time - lucky women haha.
I agree about the weather it has been a beautiful these last few weeks and I keep trying to spend as much time outside as possible.
I know hey.... felt bummed lol would have been 250g of carbs...heaven!
Yes and no, hunger wise yes, food choices being unlimited as long as they fit macros yes, but the lack of progress not so much fun. oh well, I want to get back to that size and figure out how to maintain and improve it. Now that I know I don't have a spring surgery on my horizon not competing til next June doesn't hurt my feelings but would like some more stage practice but wont do it unless I feel ready."That's not sweat that's your fat cells crying" anonymous

no cardio tonight, got home late and am in a pissy mood as one of my accountants didn't do her job and I was required to do three budget templates up for one of my VP's as they are due back to me next Monday...pretty hard for him to fill in and have it consolidated if he doesn't even have the sheets yet I am also covering payroll for a holiday and it is one that Im not super comfortable with so that is creating some anxiety as you don't screw up people's pay!
We had a busy weekend again even with nothing planned...
Friday - took the kids to Kayben Farms which is a adventure place where there is go-carts, petting zoo and animals, bouncy pillow, huge slide, couple of mazes then came home and spent a few hours doing another budget for the same accountant on my day off (joys of being boss)
Saturday - hubz moved a 20 ft tree from front to back yard so he dug the new hole, dug out the tree, moved with quad and filled everything back in and I cleaned up my gardens. Then we finally had our fire bans lifted [/B] yehawwwww[/B] so we had a couple sets of friends over to enjoy a fire and our kids went ones house after for a sleep over.
Sunday - kids came home, went out to buy a new water cooler (our second in three weeks, which also isn't working properly faurk me) then I took the kids and two friends to the pool in the afternoon.
This weekend I am not sure whats up - hubz wants to camp and so do I but friends just got back into town and are asking what we are up to, hopefully we will have a plan soon as only 1 spot is available at the place we want to go and that won't last long."That's not sweat that's your fat cells crying" anonymous

Gonna play it by ear. I would like to but if hubz doesn't lean up enough not sure if I want to pay the money for all of it. Make up $75, Tan $125, Entry Fee $100, tickets to show $100 min, hotel $200, gas $100, food $150 so it becomes an expensive weekend, not bad if we are sharing but if I do get there I wouldn't mind some more stage time so that next year if this the direction I continue to go I can be more competitive.
