Are they legit or chit?
I have 11.2 in forearms at 5'8" and it looks puny. Wanna get at least 13 in.
Thoughts?

Fat grips, like any other training tool, can have a positive impact on the muscles that they train if they are used properly. The real issue, as I see it, is for you to figure out a logical training program. It's not a matter of whether they work, but whether you are smart enough to use them properly. i wanted to try fatgripz but i think it would interfere with working other muscle groups because you would have to use less weight like on a bicep curl and that would make your bicep not get the best possible workout. I have never done a single forearm workout and my forearms are proportionate with the rest of my arm.
