i've been doing powerlifting workouts for about 2 years now (eric cressey stuff: 2 day a week lower body and 2 days a week upper body). im content with the size of my legs in relation to my upper body to the point where i dont want to grow them at all anymore.
i would just like to work on building upper body mass and strength. deadlifts and rackpulls are still on the table because i enjoy doing them and dont think they add much mass to legs like squats and other exercises.
3-4 days a week working out would be ideal. i have some ideas but would like some input if anyone is in a similar boat.
