    Eating on vacation?

For 4 days I'll be at the beach for a wedding/vacation and there will be a lot of fried foods, alcohol, desserts, etc. The past 60 days I've counted every calorie while cutting and am 6'4" 210 now with 14% bf. i dont care about having single digit bf and will start bulking next week to 225 eventually. I'm thinking of just relaxing it this wknd because i deserve it but im not going on vacation and be strict about what i eat or not drink. What do you guys do on vacation as far as eating? Im def not counting anything.

If you aren't counting anything, why do you care what anyone has to say? You're on vacation for crying out loud. Enjoy it.

On vacation I don't worry. Isn't that what vacation is all about.

Went to vegas in early july, ate and drank a lot. Only gained about 2 pounds, weight back off in a week.

Check out pics in my bodyspace the week after I got back.
The best part of this is, my kids are learning to live healthier because of me.

A weekend won't hurt you.. make decent choices when you can, but don't worry and have fun.

I planned a diet break for when I was in Jamaica for a week in April.
I had been at a deficit for a solid 3 months and was due for a diet break. It worked out perfectly!

3500 calories equals 1 lb. So, assuming you eat about 3500 calories extra each day, the most you could gain is 4 lbs over your vacation.

More likely, you'll go over ~7000 calories, which would be ~2 lbs -- probably less, given your size. In the grand scheme of things, that's just a week or two's work.

And even more importantly, it would work wonders to your mental state and your peace of mind. Sometimes, it's good to get away and unwind. Life is too short not to take a break. Enjoy your vacation!

Intermittent Fasting.... or just enjoy your vacation and eat what you want. That's what I did. Still didn't gorge though.
