Hi everybody.
I just want to share my workouts progress with you. I've been working hard for almost a year at the gym and been committed to my workouts schedule, doing my best at the gym, some cardio and maintaining my diet. Although I faced some problems in gaining size and being lean at the same time in the first couple months, But I kind of redressed this obstacle by avoiding fast food as much as possible and depended on good carbs,protien and fat instead. However, below is my transformation picture. If you have any comment or advise I will be thankful.
