lol i remember probably over a year ago he posted a vid of him front squatting in his backyard and after he completed a set he just passed out and fell backwards with like 3 plates lol was pretty funny i started front squatting after that

yea he actually did, got to 3 plates for 5 exclusively doing fs , then my knee started hurting so i havent done any legs except ham curls for like monthOriginally Posted by Hamzzza

im not sure yet i havent squatted with weight in a while, ive been doing stretches every now and then though. i find the look of high bar more appealing than low bar though. i THINK i have tried high bar where u put the weight on ur trap groove right?Originally Posted by NaturalFTW
