When i was bulking i just ate as much as i could around 3500 to 4000 calories something like 300g protein 400g carbs 100g fats started to get a little skinny fat then i payed more attention to diet and macros and started cutting with the advice from a layne norton cutting article from simplyshreaded.com and followed it 100% macros when cutting was around 50/30/20 pro/carbs/fats

Is this what YOU followed to get where you did? Like, did you branch off the big compound lifts to do more isolation type movements at some point or was it just those 5 for the most part? I have been struggling to put on muscle and am just curious what you did since you and I seem to have the same body type.
