    I thought i would post some pics up for the ectomorphs out there, I know my chest and arms need to come up a bit more, Im working on it.

    When i was bulking i just ate as much as i could around 3500 to 4000 calories something like 300g protein 400g carbs 100g fats started to get a little skinny fat then i payed more attention to diet and macros and started cutting with the advice from a layne norton cutting article from simplyshreaded.com and followed it 100% macros when cutting was around 50/30/20 pro/carbs/fats

    Then cut for about 8 weeks down to 87kg/192lbs

    And them leg photos are 6 months old my squats have gone up 40kg/88lbs since then, now squatting 180kg/396lbs for 3 reps unassisted below parallel since i started laynes phat training i have been hitting them twice a week and doing speed work on them

    What was your routine? I have the exact same stats as you. I am 6'3 and bulked up from 170 to 200 over the past several months. I must have added more fat than muslce because I definitely don't look like that.

    Is this what YOU followed to get where you did? Like, did you branch off the big compound lifts to do more isolation type movements at some point or was it just those 5 for the most part? I have been struggling to put on muscle and am just curious what you did since you and I seem to have the same body type.

    I always incorporated the big 5 in every workout but also would put in 1 or 2 isolation exercises for smaller body parts towards the end of the workout
