Alright guys so I'm 60kg, 15y/o, and been working out for a few months now without seeing any difference really. Recently I got my diet in check and gained like 5lbs in 3 weeks so my bulk is going good. I'm starting babylovers ss on Monday and I'm just wondering how muh my strength will go up with hard work over the next 6 months? I'm fairly week atm, with a 50kg bench, 50kg squat and Ive never tried heavy on dead lifts. The diet side of things is going good so all I have to worry about is the training side. I want to get much stronger over the next year and I hope ss will help me, that's what the forums say anyway lol, thanks
