But this woman was pathetic, she spent her days going to different shopping centers, malls, etc. and pestering people who parked in handicapped spots. Now correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure that everyone in that video needed to give consent to be filmed. When I go to the DMV, I don't expect to be filmed by a random dude's son, and I sure as hell would not consent to that. I'm not sure if the DMV technically counts as a public place, but either way I wouldn't want to give consent to be filmed. (I got in a bit of trouble during high school for filming people at the local train station, which I would have thought was a public place, but apparently not.)
