Yes, people do think it's weird, particularly if you're younger, if you don't drink. It's just such a big part of modern culture, especially in the UK; people live for it.

I'm a stoner, I rarely drink since I don't particularly enjoy it. I've tried it, used to be out drinking jager bombs every weekend, Jack Daniel's and coke was a beast. But after a while, I just got bored of the hangovers and the drama. I would rather chill with my mates, have a laugh and enjoy myself. Most people don't understand that, because it's not "normal".

Jakes on them when I wake up, feeling fresh, and they are in bed dying for the next 3 days.

Lol this. Most I'll have is a cold beer after work. People always go 'wtf' when I tell them I don't drink or smoke or do drugs… especially due to my age where 95% of people do it. I have a GF.. IMO I only get drunk to pick up girls and party, if I'm taken there really isn't much of a point

Depends on their reason for not drinking, for example, a friend of mine doesn't drink because his dad was an alcoholic and he saw the phucked up things that an addiction to alcohol could do to someone.
