Not sure how old the unbranded spinlocks are, but nothing says vintage workout like strapping some cloth and iron to your head and burning up your neck trunk. WARNING: Not intended for use with big hair bands of the 80s.

The first item is probably a York neck exerciser. You can buy new old stock canvas replacements. They do not come with the chain or the metal piece that the chain attaches to.
I don't think the collars are special, unless somehow they are vintage Ivanko. Look like Chinese-made collars. You need a good rack, a bench, and a 300-lb Olympic weight set. Now, what was your question?

The spinlocks aren't Ivanko. Lots of companies made these collars and some still do. Superficially they may all look similar but there are noticeable differences. They're about as similar to Ivanko as they are to York.

Funny to see Good operating out of the Broad Street address. Glad to have a brick from that building. . . .

Thanks for the spinlock feedback!
As for the neck exerciser, I've just been looping donuts in there and trying to whip them into my mouth. Def feeling the burn. I'll post pics when I find more donuts.

Here's an example of a modern spinlock from Ader. http://www.ebay.com/itm/290875695520
There are tons of other examples (both old and modern). York still makes them also.
A couple of the most noticeable differences are that the shape of casting is different and the hardware is better on the Ivanko collars (in comparison to the collar in the OP).Last edited by morebarbell; 07-02-2014 at 05:54 AM.

I think that's Lodge?
I have some present day lodge, and the quality is not nearly as good as back then (now that I have two in hand). At least for the consumer products that you can buy from the store, Lodge doesn't seem to mill their pans like they used to back in the day.

went out of business in 1957, and was taken over by Wagner, an Ohio company.
