There's quite a few upcomming meets and one that caught my eye was a USPA meet in Carrollton on Octboer 11th. It is a Saturday and i've got plenty of time to judge how im doing in class to see if I can take a day off. If i've got an A and it seems inevitable that im keeping it then i'll go. Going to train like iam going to this meet.
The state record is - Squat 250 551.15 Bobby Rinehart 11/8/2013
I want 565 @ 198 or more. The total record is 1499 too. I think im a ways off from that but it doesn't hurt to try.trying to get strong again

You're getting ridiculously strong mang. Lock in that meet and you'll be forced to accommodate Saturday's day off by working your ass off the few weeks before. Otherwise you'll have doubt and have the option to drop out of the meet if your grades aren't up to scratch.

honestly surprised at how well im responding to Sheiko. my unwrapped squats have shot up to all time prs and without a belt. bench pr prior to starting was 250x4 did that last week but paused and deadlift feels like its getting close to where it used to be. thinking 555/305/555 when I test!

that would be some pretty sick numbers.
I remember when I tested on sheiko I bombed, then I just did my own thing for 2 weeks to really super compensate and then nailed PR's all around, so it definitely works.
I had to keep upping bench % it got so easy on Sheiko. One day when I have more time and motivation I may give it another go.
Doing beyond 531 and this phase gets pretty high volume on the non 531 lift. with 7x5 at 75%the latest and greatest in training...or whatever.
