Klokov press! I like it. I find them super hard because I'm worried about breaking my neck if I bring them down wrong so I pretty much end up doing slow negatives. Do you find the same thing or have you figured out the landing better?

If only my cheater lifts were 800 pounds...
In 2006 I was a Starting Strength success story, gaining 30 pounds of muscle and hitting 400/300/500 over seven months. Then excuses happened and my interests shifted. I made a pathetically short-lived attempt at a comeback eight months later, but that didn't last. That was nearly six years ago. I'm now 27 and am back for another shot at things. Follow my log and watch me (hopefully) get hella strong again!

Nice ID man. What's with the weird angle on squats lately? I think it might just be the weird angle, but the first couple reps looked like they could be deeper, but the last few were good. Deadlifts looked nice and easy. What's a PR for these?

Smitch machine next to me was taken so I had to use my own squat rack. I think I'm not warming up/stretching enough. Over the last few months I've widened my stance to the width of squat rack so I typically "bottom out" deepest I can go is about 1-2" below parallel.
410x5 but that was with no squats before handtrying to get strong again

Nice pulls. Looked like you had plenty left in the tank.

Here's my 1st, 3rd and 5th bench sets. Please critique the **** out of my form. You'll notice on the 5th set I tried using leg drive from my heels with much more success than flat foot, on the 4th set it was actually much better.
