I was doing well a couple of months ago but stopped when I put other things in front of my health. Time to get rid of the extra fat and reach my health goals. I will be weighing daily as much as I can because I fid it keeps me on track. I lift and do cardio but I know my diet is holding me back. Trying to see what I can accomplish by the end of the year.

Didn't dust it off too well
I am back on keto. I had tons of stuff that kept me out of the gym and I was foolish and let my diet go as well. This past 2 and a half weeks I have been back at the gym and keto for the past couple of days. Will post my weight tomorrow for the contest that I'm in.

I schedule my workouts Sat - Fri. All my major workouts are done. I may go for some cardio tomorrow. Very proud that last night I lifted the heaviest that I ever have. I'm feeling good and staying on track with this. Everything finally clicked.

So the weekend schedule is to lift tonight or tomorrow and cardio fri-sun.
Mon, Wed- lift and cardio
Thur - kickboxing
Small victories. Skipped the weekly Friday pizza lunch outing. Have been all month. Planning what to eat at happy hour tonight (either green sales and grilled shrimp or grilled chicken skewers (no sauce). Absolutely no alcohol though.Jun 1 - Aug 31 Transformation
