Hi guys
just wanted to post my results up. I was 120lbs 12 months ago, im pretty certain my anerexia was suffering from deep depression because of childhood issues, was very lethargic and decided i needed to take some action.
Have uploaded progress pics. I do realise i dont really look 210, or atleast i dont think i so...maybe because of my BF%, im guessing 15%?

Awesome work at gaining 90 lbs in an year. How much were u eating to bulk up per day ?
Also, what kind of exercises you focused upon ? Compounds mostly i suppose. And how many times per week were u working out ? I'm just curious because I'm also pretty skinny right now & trying to gain as much mass as I can.
I'm sure once u gain 10-15 lbs more and then cut, u will get a great well defined body in no time with good training.☛ Train Hard ● Sleep Tight ● Eat Big ● Be Consistent ● Never Give Up → Becoming Bigger & Better ☚

Good luck with your bulk.
i was on a "See food diet" for quite a while, where anything i saw i ate. at first i only needed around 2300cals per day to increase weight, but as i got heavier, my intake towards the end of my bulk is 3000 to 3500 cals per day.
My workout was 3 day and 5 day splits, i switched it up to keep my body guessing, did heavy compound exercises bench/deads, shifting from 6 to 10 rep ranges monthly, Adding more weight whenever i could.
i realise i put on some considerable bodyfat, but the strength ive gained in the past year is unbelievable...i feel invincible compared to how low my self esteem was before.
im going to cut 20lbs, then lean bulk 3000 cals per day.

I think you're on right track, because I'm 176 cms.. like 4-5 cms shorter than u and i was 123.5 lbs 3 months ago before i started to eat properly & weight training. I can understand how bad it is to be that skinny; it's crazy weird feeling to be almost like a skeleton. So obviously first priority always is to get some weight gain just somehow esp. if u're a hard gainer. I'm 136 lbs now...gained almost 13 lbs till now in 12 weeks; which is like 1 lbs per week.
You will look great once u start cutting & implementing more cardio & isolation exercises to define body parts & get that lean look. good luck.
I'm already eating clean; maybe 400-500 cals/day are not from such good sources such as croissant or pepsi, but other than that, I'm eating as healthy as possible. I ate around 2100-2300 cals/day from 2.5 months & since last 2 weeks, I'm eating around 2800-3200 cals/day.
