ive been lurking bodybuilding.com since high school...doesnt mean i was a bodybuilder since I joined.
I was actually scrawny till 19 then I started working but I had no knowledge on nutrition so I got fat (210 lbs). only around 1.5 - 2 years ago, I included nutrition into my lifestyleI rep back!

when I first started lifting at 19 I could barely lift a bar, then I started weight lifting, but I got fat as you could see in the picture. My max bench was probably -195-205 lbs in that pic. My routine along of transformation was monday to friday splits. chest/tris, back/bis, legs, shoulders, bis/tris.
I suggest my current routine however. chest/bis(mon) back/tris(tue), legs(wed), upper chest/shoulder(thursday), friday rest, saturday (full body excluding chest, +differets types of pull ups, squats, and deadlifts)I rep back!

see thats what im afraid of. im at the point of "barely able to lift the bar". i picked up starting strength again earlier this week and my numbers are like 105sq, 95bp, 115dl and i just feel like i dont have enough training behind me to start doing a split with such awful numbers so im torn. thanks for the advice (and anymore you may have!)
