You put on 5 lbs of muscles and you look ripped!. You lose 5lbs of fat and you just finished cutting. For you, losing fat or gaining weight is easy because of lower calorie intake. You can take 250 calories out of your daily diet and you are on a successful cut. You can add 500 calories in your daily diet and youll put on 1lb of muscle every month. You can transform your body in a matter of 5 months maximum. If you cant transform your body in that time period, you are doing it wrong. Taller guys take years to add muscles or get big because they need higher caloric intake etc. I wont get into details.

I know because ive seen people of all heights struggling in the gym. What shocked me how some of my friends that were 5 7 transformed their bodies completely in summer vacation just to shock everyone else in school. Ive seen taller guys lifting weight, eating like a pig and not seeing results and than ending up giving up whereas Ive seen shorter guys packing on 5lbs of muscles and losing couple pounds of fat and turn themselves in 10/10 models.

I agree. Been bulking and gaining like 1 pound a week. As of recent I've had some obstacles stalling my bulk but if you really dedicate yourself its possible. Went from people noticed my difference from 135 to 145. While taller brahs gain 10lbs and they still look the same.
Occasional troll.
Start 120 lbs - Goal 180 lbs. Bulking.

This is so true. My workout buddy is 5'7 and we've been doing the same lifts, same weights, same reps… for the most part, for the past 1.5 years. He looks ripped as fuark and I only look like I lift when wearing a shirt. This is basic logic.. it takes more muscle to "fill out" a tall body than it does for a shorter one. This is why short guys make "huge" gains at the gym. They aren't "huge", it just shows more due to their height. Feels bad man

Just two days ago, I went out with a mate and two girls... At one point, they asked us at which gym we trained. We started talking about weight training, and at some point, they started talking about how "short guys look like gorillas after some time of weightlifting". They said the look repulsed them, and (this is the textual truth!) that taller guys looked a lot better when built then short guys. So, manlet friends, I don't care how easy it is for you to look jacked... I'm happy with being tall and aesthetic.

I know so many people IRL who use that excuse to why their at a "disadvantage" and I'm at an "advantage". I'm not even short and this one cheeky kunt is literally 2cm taller than me and uses that same fuking excuse. Seriously we don't gain muscle easier lol, it just takes a SLIGHTLY shorter amount of time to fill our frame out.
lol at people who use it as an excuse for staying small though.
