Added more pics .. the tricep and bicep pics might be useless but I hope the back pic will be helpful
I thought I had a lot of fat since I have a lot on the waists but since you say my BF is 11% to 12% that means I just need to build A LOT more muscle??
I'm currently 173cms, 70.4KGS. 5'8 and 155lbs.

Well I'm Asian, and most asians here have the really just thin body with abs showing which people consider a 'nice' body.
Me on the other hand, I don't want to be just another slim Asian, I want to be strong, I want people to drop jaws. I know I am not there and that it is going to take alot of time, I'm doing the best I can with crappy equipment in the army (like no barbells whatsoever, only a couple of dumbbells here and there).
I'm sorry but I don't understand what aesthetic exactly means even after searching it in google.
What I want is 75-77KGS (+5~7 kgs from here) with 1digit body fat (8-9%). that would be my goal.

Aesthetic (in the way I am using it) means your physique is appealing to others.
If you want to gain you need to increase the ammount of calories you eat each day. More protein and carbs, you'll grow. I have a korean friend who went from a "slim asian build" to a fairly jaw dropping physique by increasing his calorie intake and doing heavy compound lifts.
