Additional feedback or details you wish to provide: I kept my foods really clean. I use mrs dash for all my foods staying away from sodium. The only thing I have is splenda with my oatmeal I hope that’s alright. Ive done everything I can to get close to the macros. I was wondering if siracha and other hot sauces were fine to have and what would be a stack of animal products you recommend for this?

I set goals to lose a pound every wk and i been doing that, I noticed some change and I was wondering if i should do extra cardio. Right now Im still doing cardio in the morning on an empty stomach. One concern I have is I might not be getting enough sleep because my body wakes before my alarm goes off.

Ah... Saw the Tacoma on there, and thought maybe you were training nearby... I generally either train on base or at Flex Wheeler Fitness, Gabe Moen and Stan Efferding's gym...
