How to win:
-Tell us how this will help you achieve your goals(include what your goals are!)
*My goals are to shred up and to gain more lean mass.
-Tell us your workout routine/workout style
*As far as workout routine/style i like to isolate the muscles and brake up my week. So lets say one day i will work out chest/shoulders then the next day would be legs/abs, then back to it self, etc. i would say its a bodybuilder routine but this program deffinetley works for me i would say 3/4 in the change of your body would be diet and supplementation!

My goals are to increase all lifts. Also right now I am focusing on putting up a 225x10 bench, along with squatting. I am also looking to cut alittle bit of bodyfat by new years. Mainly my goal right now though is to get that bench press up.
-Tell us your workout routine/workout style
I do a push/pull routine, along with 30 cardio on the weekends. I like to keep the heart strong!

I Wanna Get VOLATILE
My Goals : Increase bench by 50lb. Increase Squat by 90lb. Increase incline bench by 25lb. Increase deadlift by 50lb. Lengthen my workout by about 25min I really wanna get in about 25 more minutes of working out in the gym so I can get some iso workouts in. I think this product will help me out because I dont always have the energy nor the extra strength to finish up my workouts after I finish the BIG 3 so I think this will help me lengthen my workout.
Workout Routine : I weight train 5 days out of the week. All free weights 5x5. I pretty much Powerlift.

Looking for a pre to help me get excited for the gym in the morning. I like to train fasted so a solid pre is always a big part of my training. I also juts got off a stim break so I am looking to get a pre that is going to hit me hard especially since I am going to be trying to work hard and lean bulk.
As for favorite Christmas pic this it it:

I'm In Boiisssseee
Im always down for a new pre-workout to talk about in the gym. Now that i have a FH Nutrition shirt people already ask about the company
My goal is to compete in Teen Natural Bodybuilding on June 9th ( http://www.npcutah.com/?page_id=39 ) From there, see how i do and most likley go into Fitness Comps, because of my body type.
My training style is High rep, focusing on eccentrics and staying humble. I pair basic muscle groups, like anyone who knows how to lift.
im going back to college in 3 weeks 10 lbs heavier, (thanks to my last sponsered stack ) and id love to give Fharenheit nutrition some of the credit.
* Hey and be sure to check out my last log of the Nutrabolics Stack.
Thanks guise
