10 tubs of protein: average it out to $350
10 boxes of quest bars: $250
10 bottles of tsn fish oil/CLA: $150
Total so far:$750 (give or take a few)

Not sure what else yet.
Probably creatine. And BCAA's

Probably 5 bottles of each. That'll bring me to about $900 before taxes I believe.

Hey Hey There All You Sexy Beasts!!! Happy Saturday to Ya!!
I was all ready to wake up and go work out....then the hubby left with the car to visit family. He was gonna "try to be back in time" so I could do a rush work out before work..but after further thought, I called him and told him to stay and visit longer. I'll just switch tomorrow's rest day for today. I'm trying real hard not to be bitter about it...LOL

Positive note?! I work today, but then I'll be off work Sunday/Monday..Woot Woot!! AND The Aflac duck delivered a present today! Remember that nasty head injury I got at work?!! Got a nice check in the mail today for it!! Ohhhhh Yeahhhh!! I guess there are benefits to getting beat up and rumblin' around with the crazy people!

Yeah I can do stuff with the 20lb dumbbells.. but I can't do chest as there is no bench or anything.

So I can't work my muscles properly.
And I can't get on the floor for push ups.
So the gym is calling Me back.

And no worries, I'm fine doesn't hurt at all where I hit it.
The surgery pain is still evident though, I'll live.

And yes, beast mode will be on.
I'm hoping to drop another 10-20lbs before my next surgery.
And finish up the cut in time to bulk next winter.

Long windy roads ahead.
Hopefully we'll be on thread 4.0 by then. :P

Holy SH*T that's a huge order lol Atleast you'll be swole and nourished when the zombie apocalypse hits Dec 21st.

Haven't fully read the Astravar label yet, but do you guys use it while fasted? I used WB2 and needed to have it w/ carbs. Made me naseous though.
