I love it!! As a matter of fact, this is my next goal I've set for myself....I mentioned that I've been trying to revamp my workout for this next phase of my journey to start next week. Time to move up from the leg press to.....squats. Which means I have to venture further into the "big boy" area of the gym. A corner I have yet to visit. This will include using BBs which will also be new....I'm nervous, but excited. Wish I had someone I knew at the gym for the first few times so I won't feel like a dork. In the meantime I have to study the videos so I get the posture right 
On another note: I woke up and found out I didn't win the Challenge ....but was happy to hear it was a tight race.
It was an awesome experience and I'm thankful I got to try all the TSN products!

You still made wonderful progress, which makes you an automatic winner, regardless of the challenge.
What you really won, was that extra drive and determination. That motivation, and that will to continue.

Still figuring out today. Yesterday I snuck into the gym for a quick 30mins mini DTP trial; legs & upper abs. I went up to the leg sled not knowing how much to start with. It had 180# plus sled weight (118#) for 298#. Did 30 of those and 30 calf raises superset. add 90# (388#), repeat for 20s; add 90# (478#), repeat for 10s. Then reverse - 10s, 20s, 30s. Finished with decline situp holding a 20# bar over my head.
My legs and abs haven't been this sore in months I'm lovin' it!

Not yet. Just got my other win(fas lean) a day ago. Will post pic when I get home.
It says 3 per meal, which I assume they're generalizing 3 meals a day.
