    Help with my workout

    Help with my workouts
I like working on 10 body parts that are listed below and I just can't figure out what to put with what, I am trying to devide these body parts within 4 days of the week. I think that cardio goes good with legs and that shoulders goes good with traps but traps also goes good with back. Also everybody tells me that chest/triceps and that back/biceps goes good together.
So here they are,see if you can help-
    -Cardio
    -chest
    -abs
    -biceps
    -back
    -lower back
    -triceps
    -traps
    -legs
    -shoulder

You're overcomplicating things by making back and lower back seperately, and traps and shoulders seperately.
    Just do
    -Chest/Tris
    -Back/Bis (w/rear delts)
    -Shoulders (w/traps & rotator cuffs)
    -Legs

Not in any particular order. Adjust to your own liking. Do abs every other day or so. What is your goal? to gain mass? if so, don't do cardio, especially with legs.

I do want to get big but in that process I'm scared that I'm going to lose the abs I've been working on and I finally got em that's why I don't eat a lot just 4 to 5 times a day but I am also going to the police academy so I need to keep my cardio up also I am a volunteer fire fighter so I need cardio for that too

Bulking and cutting have nothing to do with meal frequency, it's the daily intake of macros that count. How tall are you? And you don't have much of a choice. Either eat at a caloric surplus to get big, or eat at a caloric deficit to stay skinny and have abs. You can easily just do a slow clean bulk and slowly gain weight with minimum fat gains; however, your abs will not be as visible on a bulk, but it doesn't mean you lost them. Actually, bulking up your abs is ideal and it will show more if you work them on a bulk and then cut after.

You're 16 years old, you have plenty of time to bulk and then cut back down before heading to the police academy. Keep the cardio only for endurance.

So slow clean bulk, just keep lifting and take about a 2000 calorie intake, pretty much just bulking at a slow rate. But how many sets and reps show I do? High sets with low reps or vice versa?

Once again. How tall are you? And yes, try a slow bulk. Maybe 200 above your maintenance. And I can't tell you to take 2000, you have to know what your maintenance calories are THEN add to that for a bulk. Unless you're telling me 1800 is your maintenance. Once you have your calories down, be sure to get 1g of protein per lb for bodyweight and then you can worry about researching fats and carbs after. There are many great programs out there so just do research on what you think best fits you, such as, once again restating shaneaunt, look up Babylovers SS. I have yet to do it but I hear many great things about it.

As for how many sets, each individual is different. I usually do heavy weights with around 8-10 rep range and 45sec to 1min30sec rest in between sets. Like I mentioned, find a good routine and play around with it.
