Thank you for the kind words I'm so happy to see my brother getting into fitness!! I think it will help him in so many ways. Also thank you for the condolences. I know my grandma is in a better place and will continue to live through me.
How is your training going?

3x15 Superset Squat and Single-Leg Squat and crunches in between sets
3x10 Deadlifts and decline abs in between sets
Felt great today. I took 3-4 days off after the passing of my grandma. I don't know if I was just being lazy, sad or what but my body took the rest and I slept a lot. Derick and I definitely killed the legs . Hope all is well Juggernauts!

That was smart training during a stressful week like that you needed the rest. Your head would not have been in the gym easy way to get hurt. Stay strong.

Checking to see how you are doing Jess, everything looks good champ. I did legs yesterday too, and I am feeling it today. I added lunges to my training and it really works good. Keep training Juggernaut!

Hope everyone is doing well . I've been continuing my weight training and dieting since the competiton and all is well. I've been more lax on my diet and combined with my weights I've gained 5lbs of muscle and 3lbs of fat for a total of 8lb gain and I'm so happy about that! I'm hoping to put on a couple more pounds of muscle before year end and start my cut in January. Looking to be more shredded for the Arnold!!!
Well, I'm not exactly "happy" about the 3lb of fat gain but I am happy about the 5lb of muscle gain . When bulking is it possible to gain pure muscle and no fat?

Hey Jesse! Nice gain! Yeah, I wish it could be all muscle gain but that's seemingly impossible without getting some body fat in there. I'm like you, I'm in the middle of a 3 month bulk before I switch to a cutting schedule mid January. After that I'll be stripping for the Arnold! Uh, well, not literally. Lol!
That's too funny!! Haha! Well you're doing awesome Mike. Keep up the Juggernaut work!

Monday, December 31st is the start to a new regime! I'm so excited! I'm going to hold myself accountable by blogging on here, even if no one reads it! Haha! When I was blogging I got in my routine that I really enjoyed! Clean diet, no alcohol, no soda - clear mind, body and soul! I have no resolutions or goals for next year, so I really need to think about what I truly want to do in 2013!
