That's a quarter (of an ounce), likely of dat der mary jane, but could refer to any substance

First thing I can thing of is a quarter pound, then again I used to have pounds at a time, so most people are probably to just a quarter ounce.

Usually its referred to as a "QP" (quarter pound) but I guess a "Q" is good enough
