6'2'', 180lbs, 27 years old
Would really appreciate an estimate. I'm looking to cut to sub-10% before starting my bulk. Already lost well over 40lbs in about 7 months.
Attaching pics- both flexed and relaxed, and under different lighting. Help a bro out guysLast edited by cecrat; 05-10-2014 at 06:38 AM.

Hello everyone, I have entered the Best Self 6-week challenge. I have dropped from 270 to 220 and hope to be just under 200 by the end of this competition. I am six feet and half an inch tall. After I'm done cutting, I will make a post to the legendary "were you treated differently after losing a lot of weight" thread. Short answer, yes. I cannot embed, so I have attached them. They're also in my progress photos. Thanks so much for your time.
My front flexed photo wont attach so I uploaded to to imgur. Sorry about that. Remove the spaces.

5'9
160 pounds
been on a cut or diet for about 3 months now. I lost about 20 pounds and my goal to get to a solid BF% now to start a good bulk. The Digital scale says 16% but I would enjoy hearing any other feedback.

Estimates? I'd put myself at 16/17% but I could be way off. Currently IF recomping while doing stronglifts and feel like I'm seeing gains after every session.
As soon as I got serious about my diet my waist shrank by about 6" (30" waist) but I hold an annoying amount of fat on my chest.Last edited by JamalKing; 05-19-2014 at 07:57 PM.

Trying to get down to 8-10% to start my lean bulk. Any ideas? I have a number in mind but won't post it so it doesn't sway anyone's answer.
