Can one weekend of bad eating really ruin a week of dieting? Well, can one quick trip to Vegas ruin 2 months of saving? Same thing basically.

20% can still have slightly visible abs? Another 20lbs was my original target range (185-195) Shooting for the end of the year. Was up to 208 for about 2 weeks now, broke back into 203 this morning. Feeling much leaner than the 203 I was at in the beginning of the month.

The first picture i was about 215 LBS. and the rest about 180. I would say that i was around 22-25 % BF and now around 13%.

Height: 6'3"
Weight: 84kg in the morning, ~87kg in the arvo (averaging 187-190lbs)
These pics were taken after a chest session and have down lighting.
In good lighting I can see an outline the upper four-pack but I'd estimate around 18-20%
Not sure if I should cut or bulk over christmas. Leaning toward a cut to lose the man boobs.
All points of view and estimations are welcome!

During a cutting phase atm. I'm relaxed in this picture and cold (no gym pump).
I'm 92.3 kgs (203 pounds) in this photo. Height 5ft 9. I've been doing bodybuilding for about 2.5 years now. What do you guys think about my bf %? sorry don't have any other photos to show for now. The only place bodyfat gets stored on my body is on stomach and a little on lower back and nowhere else really. Personally I'm guessing around 13-14% mark.

Posting your pictures inside of the thread rather then telling someone to "look at my avi" makes it a lot easier for those of us who are trying to estimate.
For a really fair assessment, I would suggest you post a pic from the front, back and side UNFLEXED.

5'5, 143lbs, currently cutting (just dropped from 2270 to 2000cals starting today as i've been stalling), weights regularly (lifting heavy still)along with some MISS and HIIT. given this, u guys think i should keep on going in the general direction i'm headed ?

woops i missed this, thanks wow that is kinda high i thought i was around 15% can you say that your assessment is accurate enough ? or you think i should get a second opinion to confirm ?
weights 4-5 times a week, with 2 HIIT and 2 moderate pace cardio thrown throughout each week. one rest day (both no cardio/weights) per week

Target bf is 12% and then going start a very slow bulk once there. Dropped weight with a good diet , 4 20 mins weight sessions a week(5/3/1 programme)and a one squash game a week plus alot of walking.
