We have very similar physiques, other than the 2" height difference, and 8 pound weight difference. I just measured 19% by caliper (by someone who is experienced at skin fold testing), and I own 2 of the better body fat scales, which both have me b/t 20-21%. I would say you are about 19%.

Body Fat Estimate
Could use a body fat estimate. I have a analyzer but I hear they are inaccurate(It says 16). I'm a legit 6ft, and 186. Also, keep in mind that I lost 105 lbs in the past year, so there is loose skin(why I cant use calipers). Thanks everybody

Im 16 years old, 5'10 and 162lbs. There's two months until summer, i can feel abs but can barley see them. I want to gain lean muscle and lower my body fat to 9-11%. What is the best way to do this?

I've got 5 weeks left to diet...can I get to 10%??
I've been dieting for 7 weeks now, I agreed (with myself) to do 12 weeks, then have at least a week off! I badly want to have visible abs by the time i finish my next 5 weeks.
How realistic is this??

estimate my body fat ?
heres the pictures i started if last week and i have noticed small differences, i can feel my bottom 2 abs well, and i lost around 3 kg.
how long until i get a proper 6 pack and can anyone recommend a good exercises to help abs and side abs come out more.
im currently 74kg and im 5ft 11

Estimation of BF%
Here are my stats: I am really trying to be able to see some definition. Here is my before and after, and my current stats:
Height: 5'11", Weight: 156 lbs, Waist: 32-33?
I went from 220 to 175, then plateaued, 162, to 156 now, with the intention of decreasing my body fat. I am very much a novice, and hope I actually on a good path towards making progress. As you can see from my genetics, I have tiny arms and big legs. I just want to get as fit as I can for my body shape, so any suggestions would be appreciated. The current pic was around March 3, where I was 161.

Looking for an estimation of BF
5'9" Cut from 205lbs to 165lbs at 1000 calorie deficit. Currently at 180lbs bulking on 500 calorie surplus.
Since starting bulk,
Bench went from 175x5 to 225x5
