I think its about 25%? I'm 70kg 170cm

Should i bulk or continue to cut? Which areas need to build mass on?

Hey,

I want to start my bulk soon but want to reach about ~10% bodyfat. I still lack a lot of muscle , I know . What kind of bothers me is that my abs are not visible unflexed, but I think thats rather due to that I never trained them directly, I dont know.

Lighting is not the best, normally i am vascular in my arms. I am 6'2 and at the moment at 205 pounds. I am also depleted on those pics, havent been refeeding yet.

Looking very good! you should be at 10% or around there. your abs is fine. Time to bulk!

Hey All,

I'm a Type 2 Diabetic (originally at 26% BF) who decided to change for the better and a while ago had posted my pics from which many of you correctly estimated my BF% to be close to 19% which a DEXA subsequently confirmed to be spot on.

I continued my cut sincerely and now 4 months later, I have updated pictures.

But...A recent DEXA (taken about the same time as the pictures) puts me at 11% which I know for a fact is wrong because I have been seeing pictures of others at 11% and know I'm no where close

An Omron hand-held , which I use for my weekly weigh-in log, consistently puts me at 13-14%. (varying numbers inbetween but the trend from 19% was not discontinuous)

1. What are your guesstimates (coz i'm more interested as to how I look visually BF wise as opposed to meaningless-DEXA numbers)?

2. Can a DEXA be wrong?

3. From where I am at the moment can I get to 9% (or the visual equivalent of visible abs, Delt seperation, both unflexed) by May end ?

Your about 13-15% roughly. Love handles will be gone around 11%. Good luck on a future cut. It's a bitch I started where you are at. I think I'm roughly 10-11% now

Getting ready to devote myself to getting back in shape. Background worked out nearly everyday through college but since have done nothing but destroy myself.

No idea how to estimate where I stand now. I know there's a good amount of residual lbm underneath this mess. 5 10 233. Pics are in profile.

Also curious if anyone has experience with age making a difference. I used to pack on muscle easily and have no issue dropping weight and gaining weight at will... Afraid pushing 30 might make that a problem.

I guess being type2 will only make it harder but I'll do my best and let the cards fall where they may...

There is no way your 160 lb. u have little muscle and body fat is around 14%..... I'm 5'10. Have 11-12% body fat and weigh in at 140.
