This set of photos was taken today after roughly 60 pounds of weight loss (started at 215) over about a six and a half month period. All diet, no exercise of any sort (yes, I know it's not healthy and that I've lost quite a bit of muscle, so I'm going to rectify that soon). I believe I should currently be somewhere between 17-18% as per bwsimulator.niddk.nih.gov/. Does that seem accurate? My plan is to cut until around the 10-12 BF% range, which I think will take about 3.5-4 more months given my current caloric intake (that would put me at about 130 punds), and then focus primarily on pure muscle building for the foreseeable future.Last edited by OnePostOnly; 12-28-2012 at 04:55 PM. I've gotten quite a few estimations from different websites. Mostly it ranged from 15% to 20% but I don't really know. I'm having such a hard time getting rid of the fat on my body.

Guess My BF Please :) Thank you!
Hello, new to BB, and first post! I have been trying to estimate my BF for a while now -- tried calipers, the device with metal plates, navy method -- all give weird and different results. So here I am, hoping that "experience" from you guys can get me a better estimate. I will put my before and current pictures so maybe I can find out how much I was, and how much I am right now. Thanks, here are my measurements:
Age: 28
Height: 5'8"
Weight: 160 lbs
Chest: 40 Inches
Arms: 13 Inches
Hips: 36.5 Inches
Waist: 35.5 Inches
Thighs: 22.5 Inches
Calves: 14 Inches
Forearms: 10.5 Inches
Shoulders: 47.2 Inches
Neck: 15.7 Inches
Images are attached: A1.jpeg is before pic, rest are all current.
Also, I used to play a lot of soccer so I have significantly more muscles on my thighs and hams and they are much more ripped than my upper body. Thought me be this would come into the equation.
Thanks a ton!!!The difference between a dream and a goal is a deadline.
