I'm trying to gain weight after having and ED so I know I'm stick thin. Thing is, bf caliper I bought keeps putting me at like 5% and I know I'm not that low.

This was last summer, but relatively similar to where I was a few weeks ago. Right now I'm 4 weeks into new diet/lifts, and will re-post pics at the end of the month.
Height: 5' 9.5'' (69.5 inches)

What do you think my body fat % is? Please reply :)
I am 20 years old, about 5'8" tall, and weigh around 145-150 pounds. I would like to know what you all think my body fat % is currently at. I am somewhat new to bodybuilding (I've lifted weights before, but now I am taking it more seriously and going to the gym more consistently, along with improving my ways of eating) and this is my first ever post here! Any comments would be greatly appreciated. Also, I would like to get more definition in my abs and chest (get cut) before I start bulking up. Also, I believe my back is one of my weakest attributes. Do you guys agree with me? Opinions? Thank you very much, and hope all of you reach your fitness goals!

17% +- 1-2% me thinks
You definitely need more LBM thers no debating that, but since youre DEFINITELY over 15% bf I personally would cut to at least 12-15% (10-15 pounds max) then bulk.
but if you decided to bulk now I wouldnt frown against it, but youd just want to take it a little cautious so you dont end up in the low 20s % wise
