Body fat estimate thread (here only)

I've been out of it for about 4 years now. Got really lazy, got married, got fat. I'm now in about the worst shape of my life and the only type of workout I was doing was about a month ago when I was stocking shelves in a local grocery store for two months before getting the job I have now.

My current weight is 250 lbs. 4 years ago I was at 220 with more muscle. Like in my avatar.

I'm 6-1
34 yrs old

My waist size in jeans is a 36 but it looks like my lower body is normal and I have the upper body of a fat person. It's pretty funny, kinda... not really. I look like a yoga ball wearing skinny jeans.
Measuring waist size at the navel is what I need to have but I can't find my tape measure.

I used some BF% calculator I found online and it gave me 35%.

5'11, 293lbs, 19 inch biceps, 22 inch neck, waist is 38 inches, size 12 shoe (lol), 54 inch chest (at least that's what suit top size I wear).



Pictures are front/side/back and naturally standing, no flex, no sucking in, no adjusting my posture. I know I'm big and I'm new to the game of fitness but I'd just like a more accurate guesstimate of my BF % as I have a Health-O-Meter scale that estimates me at 50% lol and I think that's a LITTLE harsh.

Hey guys I'm at 144 and 5'9". Impedance scale has me at around 13% but I know they aren't to accurate. Flexing of course.
30" waist at bellybutton relaxed (27" 1/2 flexed)
hips 32"
wrists 6"

Had dexa scan at 18% Nov 1st at 160 LBS and plan on getting another hopefully at 140LBS on March 1st to compare.

Where you guys think I am at now?

So after years of reading these forums I finally decided to join and get some help. Over the past 3 years I've lost about 65 pounds and am curious as to what my bf% is. I don't have a measuring tape so I can't give any accurate measurements but here are my stats and a couple pictures:

20 years old
5'11"
170 lbs

I also slightly think I may have gynecomastia but it could also be just awkwardly stored fat.
Any help's appreciated.

Normally I would not make an estimate but I would say around 21-23% because those were similiar stats(started at 210) to when I started cutting in dec. My pic is from jan 7th at 198. You probably have a similiar amount of lbm as me.

I thought I was around 15-16%%, but after taking Lactase for lactose intolerance I've noticed a lot more definition, thinking I might be a bit less. I'm mid-bulk at the moment and just wondering what my BF% looks like to you guys.

21-23%, but only because 123 lbs at 5'6 means you dont have a lot of muscle mass. if you told me you weighed 130 with those pics, i'd say you were closer to 19%

I started my cut about about a month ago (13 jan), and I've been keeping an eye on my BF. According to my caliper I'm 10% BF, but I'd like a second opinion!
