I was guesstimated at 16% and I've got more fat on my belly\sides than you do =p

Hey, looking to cut in a few weeks as I don't like how fat I am getting. Want to get to around 12-15% before i start clean bulking again. Anyone think its possible without getting below 150lbs?

That might be low and its just my guess, but you're definitely not in the 20s. No problem.

Low 20s...18-19% wouldn't be out of the question

Posted here a week back that I was getting a body fat test done today with air displacement.

I was suggested to be ~20
The test said I was 18.5

So to those that get numbers you don't completely feel comfortable with just remember they are ball park estimates and if you really need an estimate there's more work to go anyway.

hey guys i posted on here in september and i was estimated about 25% bf, cleaned up my diet and started a proper routine was just wondering what % now.
Weight: 170
Height: 5"7
Neck: 16.5
Chest: 41.5
Waist: 35
Hips: 37
Biceps: 14.5
I know it's early days but just hope im going in the right direction, main problem area is the chest so any tips would be helpful too !
