Thanks, bro. I’ll look into figuring out my TDEE this weekend and go from there.
I didn’t think I was that ripped because I haven’t got that V torso and was restricting calories a fair bit. I’ve came to realise that I hit a wall and needed a break from the diet.
It’s good to be able to snack on Crunchy Nut with low fat milk again.

I'd say around 17-18% Why so high you wonder? because bodyfat percentage is calculated by just that... it's not necessarily how skinny you get it's more of a balancing act between muscle mass and body fat. If I were you I'd start on a clean bulk and go from there. You really don't want to be shredding anymore as you can start seeing your bones already -_-
What tiny said is very good advice. You are really ripped already and the V torso comes down to genetics mostly. Personally what I would do for the V abs is do a lot of suspended leg raises (from varying angles mainly to target them lower abs. What you might also like to get into is doing lateral raises on obliques with very low weights and high reps. It's one of my pet peeves when I see guys in the gym doing obliques on very heavy weights and low reps as if they are trying to prove a point! If you do that you'll end up having bulging obliques and it will take away from the 'V look' and in stead you will look more like Jay Cutler's abs lol. Not that it's bad or anything! but I find it a lot more aesthetic having lean abs rather than bulging ones. Comes down to personal preference at the end of the day! What we believe determines what we make true.

Male, 32, 5'10, 177 lbs
I did some measurements and used an online calculator and came of with 22%. I was surpised it was this high; although I am fairly new to this game. I have been hitting the gym for six months, but only got into moderately serious weight lifting for the last two months.
Attached is a current picture. It is only a front picture, but do you think my estimate is accurate? Also, thoughts on whether to continue cutting or do a lean bulk. So far I have gone from 192 to 177 lbs since June.
Thanks all

Sup guys,
Been cutting one month now at 2k calories a day, with moderate cardio and heavy lifting. I'm at 172lbs 5ft 11" as of this morning. Gonna stick with what I'm doing for another 2 months but just wondering what bodyfat I'm at?

hi i been going to the gym for 2 months and i lost 10 kgs and last year i lost 32 kgs in 5 months in same gym i managed to keep the weight off without any food restriction i just didnt regain it but i gained 5 kgs during my exam preperation holidays i lost both the 5 kgs gained and another 5 in the last 2 months im 75.5 kgs right now i used to about 110 during 2011 june
my age is 19
my height is 5' 10.7
my waist is 37.5 inches at maximum
my thighs is 23 inches at maximum
my fat is very loose and squishy after all this weight loss i got a lot of loose skin
online bmi calculators show 24% body fat but i dont think i still have to loose 15 kgs of fat for my 6 packs
my gym friends say i need to lose 5 or 6 kgs but i would like a better assesment as nobody knows for sure, most people on the net say bmi and calipers can be off by a lot
i do a hell of a work out and i am seeing good fat loss but i want a clear mark a target to achieve its frustrating not knowing how much to loose
i would like anyone to give a good assesment thank you

Can you guys estimate for me? 15 y/o, 5"5 height 143 weight (started at 166) from Mid-June this year. Going by waist only, on freedieting.com my body fat was 17% about 1-2 months ago. I got some fat calipers and measured between the nipple and corner of shoulder and chest, 1" to the side of navel, and between hip and knee. That gave me about 12.35% BF, I'm not so sure this is right because I don't feel I have a "true" flat stomach yet, I got a bunch of pictures: (On a cut right now)
In that last pic, that bumpy upper abdomen area that I have is what makes me think that 12.53% is wrong, it'd be flat by now wouldn't it?Last edited by max1741; 12-07-2012 at 05:13 PM.

You're around 25% and yea unfortunately it will take a long time to get a 6 pack but if you keep going you will get there. Choose small incremental goals rather than one long term goal. For example try to get down to under 20% then 15% etc and go from there... It's the journey not the end result.
About 16% I'd say.
I'd say around 15-16% you need to get build up your frame and thus need more muscle mass. No point in cutting as it will just make you look skinny. Look up a clean bulk diet and also a hardcore weights regimen.
about 17% you need to gain a frame and more muscle... read up what I said to the previous guy. What we believe determines what we make true.

Hiya! I am on my 4th cycle now in All Pros. I've been eating on a surplus and I really like my progress in size and strength. Can you guys give me a BF% and should I cut or bulk?
I am 5'8", and I think I went from 175 to 195.

Bodyweight Estimate 6'1 180 lbs.
Hey whats up guys! Been reading this site for a while, I'm really motivated to get fit and in shape. During mid summer I was around 205 lbs. Now I'm around 180 lbs. Really been cleaning up my diet, doing some cardio, bodyweight exercises (pullups, pushups) at home. Also resistance band training. Just starting to go to the gym now. Trying to gain muscle and lose some fat (lower abs, triceps, calves). Hopefully you guys can tell me my body fat!
Thanks in advance!

Hey guys, its my first post here after lurking for a while. Hoping to get an estimate on bf. I'm 5'8" 180 right now, down from 205 in 3 months waist is 31.5". I've been cutting calories, started hiking once a week, some cardio and hitting the weights 4-5 days a week. After reading around, I think I need to work more on my core.
