hey guys just looking for an estimate for my progress so far.
I'm 5"10, before pic, taken January 2012 and at about 275lbs, after pic is around September 2012 I think and I believe around 220lbs.

Ok guess away... I know as I had dexa scan done couple weeks ago.
5' 9"
157.4 lbs ( down from 185lbs)
39" Chest
13.5" Arms
23" Thighs
32" Waist
32"/35" Stomach at bell button head/relaxed
In pics you can see I hold a lot of extra fat in my abdominal... Doesn't look bad when I hold/tense it. But hasn't changed much with the 25+ pounds I've lost.
