Opinions? Al pics (front, side, back) relaxed, no pump (after waking up), the back pick might be a little flexed, since I couldnt take it any other way).
Sorry, for the quality, bad lighting. Also, I really need to get tanned to make it look better...

Solid but lacking abs. Nice shoulders and pecs. I would put you at 12%. If I were in error, I would go lower not higher. The slight love handles and gut keep me from going straight to a 10% and the fact that you look more skinny then muscular goes to 12 rather than 11%. Solid base though. You will find getting to 10% very easy I am sure.

You are around 20-22%. He gave you a male equivalent of a body-fat estimate. Girls are different. They have visible six-packs at around 15-18%. I'm surprised someone with 3638 rep power does't know that...

Can I get a body fat estimate please, I'm 6foot1 205lbs with a 33 inch waist, or 35 at the navel, pics are mixed flexed and relaxed and in the back relaxed I am flexing a tricep. This is also after eating and drinking all day.

Hey I'm 2 months into my bulk now. My stats are 5'7", ~150lbs. I'm including a front, back, and side shot.
I'm looking to bulk for another month and then cut for 1 month and then bulk for 3 months and cut for another month (rinse & repeat).
