I've lost 85 pounds so far going from 280-195 lbs. I am trying to push for around 10% body fat then begin bulking back up.

Bump. It would be awesome to get someone to attempt to pin a bf% for me, I am trying to get down to 10%!

Honestly, don't even worry about your body fat right now, just keep cutting and losing weight. If you need to have a guess its probably like 25-30, and thats a wild guess. Good luck!
