I'm 5'10" and around 165 lbs
I've estimated around 17%
I'm also on keto so no water weight and I don't have a whole lot of muscle mass
any guesses?

Just keep working at it. If you do, it will change. IMO, lifting free weights is going to make the biggest difference, that and eating healthy (slight calorie deficit). Stay off the machines and prioritize lifting over cardio. It's what worked for me, and a zillion others here on bb.com.

Hi,
when i measure with a caliber the result is about 12% (But my caliber sucks, so everytime its a little bit different. Its cheap plastic caliber i received as a gift from bb.com. but the problem is you can cheat - you can vary the pressure and the arrow is still aligned).
Today i used a bf scale its says 14%. So im a little bit confused.......please guess my bf.
