Honestly, you're 17...your test levels are so high right now you want to build muscle as much as you can these next few years minimum! I'm not going to say you're at steroid levels but as a teenage full of test you might feel like you are with the gains you make! Don't focus on cutting, bulking should be your priority. In fact, you'll probably burn fat and build muscle.

Lmao ribs. Thanks though, I want to work on my chest more, it looks smaller in the picture. Any routine in general you would want to advise me to reach my overal goal(in general not just chest)? I already have a routine but I'm looking to improve it. I use self body weight and dumbbells. I try to work out like 6 days week.

I would do a 3 full body split since you're still a noob at that weight. 6 days a week is a waste of time IMO unless you're on steroids and never go intense to failure on each set. Type 3 day full body split in google and you should get stronglifts or starting strength routine. Nutrition is key. If you're working out at home I would do some press ups and variations (diamond, fists, handstands), One arm push ups against the wall (these are so tough) and wide grip dips in between chairs etc.

Guidance needed
Hi, I have been now bulking for past 7-months and gained around 6kgs/13lbs. I was wondering should I start cutting now, or continue bulking? I'm 173cm/5'8 57kg/125lbs. I would also like to know my bf%, any estimations? My waist is 28.5''. Some online calculator gave an estimation of 10% based on height, weight, waist and neck, but I think 10% is way too low for me.
