Your going to need a better quality pic and one that is right side up would be best. I would also strongly suggest posting in the female section as you will get much more accurate estimations. I have nothing against chicks, its just that most here are used to almost all dudes asking and chicks carry weight different. Just my opinion though.

19% with some muscle mass there, not much but some. Not a bad base to start with. I would go on a nice cut for awhile and drop a solid twenty pounds and re-assess.

44, 6'1, 200lbs with a 34 inch waist. I've lost about 45 lbs over the last 8 months. I'm thinking 13% - 15%?

Im planning on doing a cut at 190 down to 175. Right now Im at 175 I had cut from 180 cause I was getting pretty thick so I needed to burn some fat. But I really dont want to go under 175 cause I worked real hard to get there and scared I wont get it back. I was a skinny kid growing up and now i finally got some good mass on me. In the 2 months I been dieting adn working out hard though ive gained about 20 lbs give or take. Im going to post my results of each week from begining to end, i got about 7 weeks of pics (front and side for each week) Ill make a thread once i reached my 50 posts, im up to 32 with this one

I about 5'5", 135 pounds probably. Wear a size 29 (waist) jean. Not sure on any other measurements. I would post pictures but i do not have 50 post yet.

Back from 3 month offseason football No weight, no cardio, no diet. Starting back tomorrow for big diet to fall to 10% BF and go back to the gym for weight
So what's my BF now ? Thought about 20%
And how long it will take apprimatively to drop down to 10% ? Thought 2 month for this, with the diet, the sport im doing and weight lifting.( I know that is different for everyone and it differ with what you do, diet, cardio,etc, but just nd approximation)

12/13%. Your skinny period. Not skinny fat. Not fat. Skinny period. You should plan a long slow bulk IMO. You dont have the look of a former fatty so I am guessing your one of those A-holes who doesn't gain weight easily. Plan a long bulk...build up some muscle and then post pics for a revaluation.
