Your going to need a better quality pic and one that is right side up would be best. I would also strongly suggest posting in the female section as you will get much more accurate estimations. I have nothing against chicks, its just that most here are used to almost all dudes asking and chicks carry weight different. Just my opinion though.

19% with some muscle mass there, not much but some. Not a bad base to start with. I would go on a nice cut for awhile and drop a solid twenty pounds and re-assess.

Im planning on doing a cut at 190 down to 175. Right now Im at 175 I had cut from 180 cause I was getting pretty thick so I needed to burn some fat. But I really dont want to go under 175 cause I worked real hard to get there and scared I wont get it back. I was a skinny kid growing up and now i finally got some good mass on me. In the 2 months I been dieting adn working out hard though ive gained about 20 lbs give or take. Im going to post my results of each week from begining to end, i got about 7 weeks of pics (front and side for each week) Ill make a thread once i reached my 50 posts, im up to 32 with this one

Thanks, I'd like to get down to just above 10% or so, I'm thinking that will cost me another 6 - 8lbs. Never thought I'd still be wanting to lose weight at 200, I though 220 would be my perfect weight. I just had so much more fat than I thought...

Happens to all of us bro. There was a time I dreamed of being 240 and thought that was my "set point"...lol Now I'm 200 and need a bulk and a cut to be 10% at 190

I about 5'5", 135 pounds probably. Wear a size 29 (waist) jean. Not sure on any other measurements. I would post pictures but i do not have 50 post yet.

somewhere between 12-15%..

Don't lose any more weight and focus on gaining mass would be your best bet, IMO.

Back from 3 month offseason football No weight, no cardio, no diet. Starting back tomorrow for big diet to fall to 10% BF and go back to the gym for weight

So what's my BF now ? Thought about 20%

And how long it will take apprimatively to drop down to 10% ? Thought 2 month for this, with the diet, the sport im doing and weight lifting.( I know that is different for everyone and it differ with what you do, diet, cardio,etc, but just nd approximation)

20%/ Forget what ever timing you have in mind. Get your nutrition in check and start going for two pounds a week. Get a new quote in 6 -8 weeks and see where you are.

12/13%. Your skinny period. Not skinny fat. Not fat. Skinny period. You should plan a long slow bulk IMO. You dont have the look of a former fatty so I am guessing your one of those A-holes who doesn't gain weight easily. Plan a long bulk...build up some muscle and then post pics for a revaluation.
