I was 172 pounds in Febuary, but Ive managed to get myself down to 140. Im 5'10 and 17 years old. Im trying to get myself in better shape (Lets face it, I want a six pack.)
This is me currently, I just want to get an idea of how much more fat I need to lose.
You dont need to lose fat coz you wont find anything underneath. Bulk and you will see your 6 pack at this lean level.

I am 20 years of age at 188 pounds, used to be 280 pounds about a year ago. I think I'm probably at 24% or so but I am no expert, any estimations would be great!
Less than 24. Probably even less than 20. 19% is my guess.

Hello all, Im currently serving in the army, in Afghanistan. i am very healthy and i eat very clean for the conditions i am in. i am 5'9 waist is between 33 and 34", i am around 177 pounds. i am curious to know what my body fat appears to be and what would it take for me to get to about 7-8 or even 6 percent body fat. Need any input on my BF%, tips, comments, the more help the merrier

You're pretty close to 8 here man. I'd say some where between 10 and 8. I'm not the greatest but you definitely look lean

Lol if this is the case then I'm aiming to get to 15%. 22% with visible abs..... Not bad
The top two are the easiest to get. I'm more like 25% (maybe 23-24 now) and i have the top 2 abs as well, with the middle 2 coming in. Visible abs are much different than that. And i see the muscle content as well, it could be lower, but from the pics i can see around that much bodyfat. Using the sides and stuff as well..

8%, 9% at worst. Beautiful body, I wouldnt cut further. Anyway if you really want that low bodyfat, all you need is the smallest of deficits, 2-3x refeeds and that's it. But it isn't worth it.

fact is, your pic is badly taken. Too direct lighting, I could guess you anywhere between 10 and 13.

Just want to Bump i have lost about 3 LBs since my last photo and just want to know what you guys think my BF is.
Yeah you got a lot leaner since last time, but guessing how much bf% you lost is too micromanaging for me. Deffly not <12 yet.
