Hey guys, its my first post here after lurking for a while. Hoping to get an estimate on bf. I'm 5'8" 180 right now, down from 205 in 3 months waist is 31.5". I've been cutting calories, started hiking once a week, some cardio and hitting the weights 4-5 days a week. After reading around, I think I need to work more on my core.

diet is for weighloss @ 2200kcal, 203g p, 150g carbs, 75g fats.
i tend to eat over on protein and under on carbs but stay spot on fat.

How long should I plan on budgeting for a cut to take me down to 8%-10%?
Plan on doing 20 min of cardio first thing in the AM 5 days per week, weight lifting heavy 3 days per week. Chest/Back - Mon, Legs/Shoulders - Wed, Arms/Abs - Fri.
Plan on targeting 1800 calories with about 200g protein.
Hiya! I am on my 4th cycle now in All Pros. I've been eating on a surplus and I really like my progress in size and strength. Can you guys give me a BF% and should I cut or bulk?
Ive dropped about 6 pounds in a month i was a bit more bulky before, what body fat percent do you think I am around?
My guessing is off these days, but i think around the 15 range. If i was you, i'd just bulk right now. Add lean muscle instead of an intense bulk. You're right were i want to be before i start bulking.

Thanks a lot man. Yeah sorry about the hair, I shaved it, but it grew back and I don't feel like shaving it again. I put on some weight again so I wanted to start from now, hopefully with finals being over thursday, I can get back on track. Does 2200 calories sound like a lot to cut on? I haven't been going to the gym and my membership ran out a bit over 2 or 3 months ago. Probably been to the gym like 6 times in past 3 months.

I suppose it's just body preference; whether you want to be huge, big, average, small, or tiny. lol. I just looked at your picture and if i were you, id just focus on staying at maintenance and toning. No bigger or smaller, just more compact.
