Hey guys I'm at 144 and 5'9". Impedance scale has me at around 13% but I know they aren't to accurate. Flexing of course.
30" waist at bellybutton relaxed (27" 1/2 flexed)
hips 32"
wrists 6"
Had dexa scan at 18% Nov 1st at 160 LBS and plan on getting another hopefully at 140LBS on March 1st to compare.
So after years of reading these forums I finally decided to join and get some help. Over the past 3 years I've lost about 65 pounds and am curious as to what my bf% is. I don't have a measuring tape so I can't give any accurate measurements but here are my stats and a couple pictures:
20 years old
5'11"
170 lbs
I also slightly think I may have gynecomastia but it could also be just awkwardly stored fat.
Any help's appreciated.
182 lbs (82,5 kg) 6"1 (187 cm), waistline (right under my bellybutton) 35 inches (89 cm) didn't have any pictures unflexed ... :/
anyways Thanks in advance!
The picture that started me going to the gym again, and four months progress so far. Estimates please.
6'4 200. Haven't lost really any weight surprisingly.
Can't figure out how to make pictures just appear normal.
I started working out again after slacking off pretty badly and gaining something like 15 pounds over the last few years (was never really fit but was definitely fit-ter back then) but would appreciate an estimate. My resistance BF% thing on my scale says I lost 3% of BF over the last 3 weeks (kinda plausible I think since I basically went and did cardio every day and lifted 2x/week) from 28% to 25% and I was just wondering if that sounds about right?
I'm 29 (apparently that makes me an old fart here) and 5'9"

those scales are not usually very accurate, in your case you look about 30% bf, so maybe you dropped from 33% to 30%?
of course, the scale could be more accurate than me eyeballing an estimate based on a couple pictures, but those are the options we have lol
also, just so you know, exercise is good, but if you want to make real gains losing weight, you have to reduce your calorie intake, good luck!

Dang, 30%! The pics are from right after dinner but yeah, I'm counting my calories and tracking it online...was doing about 1400 cals a day but I think I'm going to aim for 1600 instead since I was always super cold with 1400. Gonna have to do my best to keep it up, it's too easy to slack off when work gets busy.
well i just measured my waist with a tape measure and it came out to be 41 inch waist but i can fit into my 37 waist jeans/cargo shorts with no problem..
